Clare Winkel is a food safety trainer and auditor with a Bachelor of Applied Science and an MBA in Seafood Management. She holds a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is an NSFA, SQF and SEDEX Lead Auditor.
As a BRCGS Approved Trainer and Approved Virtual Trainer, Clare delivers training across the BRCGS Food, Storage and Distribution, and Agents and Brokers standards.
In 2023, Clare was named one of the top three finalists worldwide for BRCGS Trainer of the Year—the first BRCGS trainer from the Southern Hemisphere to achieve this recognition.
