Common questions

How is in-house training priced?

Per person, with no minimum group size. The quote covers the trainer, materials and certificates. There are no extra fees on the day.

Is the certificate the same as in a public course?

Yes. Whether you attend a public session or an in-house one, the course, the assessment (where there is one) and the certificate are the same. Some courses are nationally recognised training; others carry an ICS, BRCGS or VITAL certificate. We tell you which applies when we quote.

Can we mix people from different sites?

Yes. Many clients bring people from two or three sites to one location for the day.

How much notice do you need?

Usually 2–3 weeks. If you have an audit coming up sooner, tell us; we can often move faster.

Can the content be adapted to us?

For most ICS courses, yes: within the course outline, the trainer can use your products and processes as examples. BRCGS and VITAL courses follow their official material and cannot be changed.
