BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 — Lead Auditor 5 days

This course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Standard, including its protocol, key requirements, and effective auditing practices. Attendees will develop the skills needed to evaluate compliance with the Standard, covering fundamental clauses, statements of intent, audit planning, execution, and reporting. This one-day course will provide delegates with an understanding of the key components of an environmental monitoring program to identify potential microbiological risks in production and open product areas, in addition to explaining different sampling methods and key elements of a corrective action procedure. BRCGS — Agents & Brokers Issue 3 1 day

Available as two 1-day courses — Auditor Training and Site Training. The Auditor course gives prospective auditors and company personnel an in-depth, practical understanding of the Standard's format and requirements, the audit protocol and the actions following an audit. The Site course helps agents, brokers and those trading with them understand the scope and requirements of the Standard, the audit protocol and the certification process, through tutor-led practical exercises.
